MAKE SPACE 

In partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council and The Creative Community Hubs Network, Granton:Hub is excited to

announce the relaunch of the MAKE SPACE Initiative.

 

This initiative offers free access to creative spaces for artists and communities across multiple community hubs in

Edinburgh, from July 2025 to March 2026.

This opportunity removes financial barriers and supports artist development and community-led activity

across the city.

​

To be eligible for the MAKE SPACE Initiative, you must meet the following criteria:

​

• Be an artist, practitioner, community member, or interest group based in Edinburgh.

• Propose non-commercial activities, i.e., activities cannot generate profit or charge entry.

• We are committed to allocating at least 30% of the space to local residents and members of the

community.
