I'm Hayley and you can find me teaching yoga at granton:hub every Monday evening, 7-8.15pm (please book in advance). I spent many years working in community based mental health spaces and I do my best to bring what I have learned through my mental health work to my yoga teaching. It's important to me to be able to meet people where they are at in their life and to create a space that is inclusive.
